Riesling

The 2022 BLACK Riesling was sourced from Mudgee and fermented at cool temperatures to retain fresh citrus, talc and jasmine aromas.  The palate has intensity and a brightness provided by the clean acid line and is made in a drier style.  The wine will cellar for 15 years.
