Chardonnay

Winemaker Robert Black, fermented this 2022 Chardonnay juice using light solids and natural yeast to create palate texture and build fruit concentration. The palate is very clean and unoaked which has retained fruit freshness with lifted grapefruit and stonefruit aromas balanced by the clean acid line.  It is best suited to seafood, chicken and mild creamy cheeses.
